FieldEdge SGC500 was not able to connect

Resolved

Due to an expired SSL root certificate, the FieldEdge SGC500 could not connect to the Netilion API.
Our technicians were able to fix the problem on 10/01/2021, 15:35 PM

During this time, no data could be collected and transmitted by the edge device.
